An alternative to OpenEstate-ImmoTool
Are you using OpenEstate-ImmoTool or another free real estate program and looking for a solution that is still being developed? ImotDesk is free as well, runs on Windows 10 and 11 and keeps your data on your own PC – no account and no subscription.
What ImotDesk offers
- New versions all the time – the program announces updates itself and installs them with one click.
- Portals – feeds for Kyero, Green-Acres, Idealista, Rightmove (BLM) and OpenImmo, sent via FTP, FTPS or SFTP to your own server.
- PDF brochure in German, English, Bulgarian or Russian, plus an owner report.
- Sale, long-term rent and holiday rental with occupancy calendar and seasonal prices.
- Viewings planned by route, a calendar with reminders and email templates in the client’s language.
- Write and translate texts with AI – using your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or Mistral.
- Several workstations via the ImotDesk server and an encrypted cloud backup.
- Countries and places for Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Greece and Cyprus are already included.
Switching
Bring existing property lists over with the Excel import; places are recognised in all languages. The help centre explains how. Other agents and the ImotDesk team answer questions about switching in the forum.
Try it
ImotDesk is free. Download it now and follow the installation guide – you can keep using your current software in the meantime.
OpenEstate and OpenEstate-ImmoTool are names of their respective owners. ImotDesk is an independent program and is not affiliated with OpenEstate.
