Adding properties and importing from Excel

Listing type

Every property has a listing type: sale, long-term rent or holiday rental. The price is then the sale price, monthly rent or price per night.

Location

Choose the location from Countries & places (country → region → place). Bulgaria is included with all places and names in several languages, as are Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Greece and Cyprus. More countries can be added with “Import country list”.

For portals, ImotDesk also stores the English place name.

Texts in several languages

Enter title and description per language. The start page shows which listed properties are missing a text in a language. With your own AI key, ImotDesk can suggest and translate texts – see Texts with AI.

Developments

If several properties are in the same complex, create the development once and assign the properties to it.

Importing from Excel

Bring existing lists over with the Excel import. Places are recognised in all languages.
