Long-term and holiday rentals

Set the property's listing type to long-term rent or holiday rental.

Long-term rent

The price is the monthly rent, plus service charges, deposit, “available from” and the status Rented.

Holiday rental

The price is per night, plus weekly price, minimum stay and number of guests. The Occupancy & prices tab contains:

• an occupancy calendar with bookings, options and blocked dates – without overlaps
• seasonal prices
• a price calculator (seasonal price before base price, weekly price from 7 nights)

Arrivals and departures appear in the calendar. Contacts' search requests cover sale, rent and holidays with travel period and guests. Rentals are also exported in OpenImmo, Kyero and Rightmove formats.
