Keeping track of documents and expiry dates

Store documents for each property – as a scan or PDF, or just as a note.

Document types per country

Types come from the country package, e.g. Нотариален акт, Удостоверение за тежести, Nota simple or a land register extract – plus general types such as the agency agreement. Except for Bulgaria, the types are suggestions; please check them against local practice.

Expiry date

If a type has a usual validity, ImotDesk suggests the expiry date from the issue date. 30 days before, the document appears under “Documents”, as a number in the menu, on the start page and in the calendar.
