Brochure and owner report as PDF

Brochure

The Brochure module creates a PDF for each property in German, English, Bulgarian or Russian – with logo and contact from “Company”, cover photo, price, key facts, description, features, more photos and floor plans.

If the text is missing in the chosen language, ImotDesk uses English, German or whichever language is available.

Owner report

On a property, Owner report creates a PDF for a period:

• enquiries (without the names of prospects)
• viewings with impression and feedback
• price and status changes
• portals with their last update
• a note from you

The report is created automatically in the owner's language from “Contacts”.
