Free OpenImmo interface – export for property portals

OpenImmo is the common exchange format for property data in German-speaking countries. ImotDesk exports your properties in this format – free and without an add-on.

What the export contains

• key facts, prices, descriptions and features of your properties
• photos, placed next to the XML file
• full and partial sync: the whole portfolio or only changes
• rentals: long-term and holiday rentals are sent with their own details

The export is checked against the official OpenImmo schema.

Transfer

As with all interfaces, ImotDesk places the files via FTP, FTPS or SFTP on the portal's server or your own server – or into a folder.
