Sending properties to portals

The Portal export module places your properties as a file on your own server. The portal fetches the file from its public address.

Setting up the transfer

Enter your server – via FTP, FTPS, SFTP or into a folder. Passwords are kept in Windows Credential Manager, not in the database. With SFTP, ImotDesk remembers the server fingerprint and warns you if it changes.

Photos are scaled down to at most 1600 pixels. Only new images are uploaded; images no longer needed are deleted.

Formats

• Kyero (version 3), e.g. as kyero.xml
• Green-Acres and Idealista – their own file in Kyero format; Idealista only publishes properties in Spain, Portugal and Italy
• Rightmove – BLM data feed as a ZIP via FTP, only for agents approved by Rightmove
• OpenImmo – also for rentals and holiday lets

Give the feed address to your portal contact, who activates the import.

If an export fails, the start page shows a notice.
