Rightmove BLM export – data feed for Rightmove

Rightmove takes properties through a data feed in BLM format. ImotDesk creates it in version 3 and sends it as a ZIP via FTP.

What ImotDesk creates

• the file <Branch-ID>_<date>.BLM
• the photos with the names Rightmove expects
• everything together as a ZIP, sent via FTP

Requirements

• The feed can only be used by agents approved by Rightmove.
• For overseas properties, please clarify format and currency with Rightmove first.
• Rentals are transferred with the matching details too.
