Checklist: what a complete property listing needs

A listing is only found and understood as well as it is complete. Check these points before publishing:

1. Photos

• Several meaningful photos, the best one as cover photo
• Floor plans, if available

2. Texts in every language of your clients

If you sell internationally, you need title and description in several languages. If a language is missing, some prospects only see a translation – or nothing at all.

3. Price and listing type

Sale price, monthly rent or price per night – clearly assigned. For rentals also service charges, deposit and “available from”.

4. Location

Place and region picked cleanly from a list instead of typed freely – so portals categorise the property correctly.

5. Key facts

Area, rooms, features and specifics such as the distance to the sea.
