Connect Claude with ImotDesk: check properties and publish them on other websites

Claude works directly with your properties: checks texts, fills in listings for Facebook, OLX or imot.bg and keeps track of what is online where – always with your rights only.

Claude, the AI assistant by Anthropic, can be connected to ImotDesk as a connector. Claude then searches and reads your properties in any chat, corrects texts and fills in listings on other websites – always with your rights in ImotDesk only, never more.

What Claude can do – and what not

Search and read properties: title and description in all languages, price, areas, location, features and photos
Change titles and descriptions – only for properties you may edit, and only after you agree
Record listings on other websites (link, language, price) and remind you of sold properties and changed prices
Read your company's contact details for listings

Not possible: reading owner data, internal notes, keys, commission or the exact address, deleting anything or publishing properties of partner companies.

What you need

A Claude account. The free plan allows one custom connector, Pro and Max several. On Team and Enterprise plans, the owner of your Claude organisation adds the connector.
In ImotDesk the role company management, office or agent.
The AI interface switched on for your company (step 1).
To publish in a browser: the Claude desktop app or Google Chrome with the “Claude in Chrome” extension, signed in on the website (e.g. Facebook).

Step 1: switch on the AI interface for the company

Company management opens Edit company and switches on “Allow AI assistants” in the AI interface section. Switching it off disconnects all connections of the company immediately.

Step 2: connect Claude

In claude.ai or the desktop app, open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Name: ImotDesk, address: https://imotdesk.eu/mcp
If Claude asks how to identify itself, choose Register automatically.
Click Connect, sign in with your ImotDesk account and click Allow.

On Team and Enterprise plans, the owner adds the connector under Organization settings → Connectors; staff then only click Connect.

In ImotDesk you find the instructions and your connections in the user menu under AI connections.

Step 3: try it

Write to Claude, for example:

“Show me my available apartments in Sunny Beach under €80,000.”
“Check the Bulgarian description of S38403 for typos.”
“Which of my listings do I need to update or remove?”

If ImotDesk does not show up in a chat, switch the connector on for that chat via + → Connectors.

Publishing properties on other websites

Facebook and most portals have no interface for listings. Claude therefore fills in the form in the browser – with the data from ImotDesk:

Task, e.g. “Publish S38403 in Bulgarian on Facebook Marketplace and on OLX.”
Claude checks whether the property is already online there and reads texts, photos and your contact details.
Claude fills in the form and asks you before publishing – on every website, for every listing.
Claude then records the listing in ImotDesk: Property → Internal and export → Listings on other websites. You can add further listings there by hand.

Claude pays for nothing and promotes nothing without asking. Portals with an import interface (Kyero, OpenImmo) are better supplied automatically via Exports.

Photos: browser forms need files. Download the photos with Download photos (in the property) into a folder you have shared in the Claude desktop app, or attach them in the chat. Without files, Claude takes screenshots – smaller and slightly cropped.

Clean up regularly: ask about once a week “Which listings do I need to change?”. Claude names listings of sold or withdrawn properties and changed prices and changes them after you agree.

Specifics: Facebook Marketplace

Language: Bulgarian, unless you want another one.
Category: in Bulgaria, the “Property” category only offers rentals. Claude lists rentals there and properties for sale as items.
Price: in euros; if Facebook still shows leva, Claude converts at the fixed rate €1 = 1.95583 лв.
Location: the town in Latin letters (e.g. “Tankovo”).
Facebook's rules: according to Facebook, only private individuals may sell on Marketplace. Facebook may remove listings by companies, and many listings in a short time can restrict the account – better publish only a few listings per day.
Claude closes the “Boost your listing” window; advertising only if you want it.

Managing connections

Under AI connections in the user menu you see your connections and can disconnect them. Company management sees the connections of all staff there. Locked users lose access immediately. Changes made via Claude appear in the activity log marked “via AI interface”.

Data protection

Claude only receives the data it retrieves for your task – via your own Claude account with Anthropic. ImotDesk never hands out owner data or internal fields.

If something does not work

“Your company has not switched on the AI interface yet”: company management switches it on under Edit company.
“Your role does not allow …”: external partners cannot connect Claude; please ask your company management.
Claude reports a connection error: disconnect and reconnect under Customize → Connectors.
